All products are designed by RINKHAUS and fulfilled by Printful, Inc., our trusted print-on-demand production and shipping partner.

Each item is made to order and may vary slightly from mockups shown on the Site.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but colors, sizes, and placements may differ slightly due to production processes.

3. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and fulfillment speed. Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled.

Delays may occur due to weather, production volume, or carrier issues. RINKHAUS is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged
There is a significant printing/manufacturing defect

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] and include photos if applicable.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment through secure third-party providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe).
RINKHAUS does not store your payment information.
