At RINKHAUS, every item is custom made just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.

💥 Damaged or Misprinted Items?

If your order arrives with a printing issue, defect, or is damaged in shipping, we’ve got you covered. Please reach out within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the damaged or misprinted item

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll work with our production partner to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
